How do i log onto the myKIA owners area?

Following the purchase of your new KIA vehicle, your selling dealer will take you through the myKIA sign up process. A unique link will be sent to the email address supplied, where you can activate your account. Returning to your account couldn’t be easier, simply visit the myKIA login page, located within the ‘Owners’ section of our website and enter your email address and password. Should you not have the opportunity to sign up when collecting your new vehicle, we also have a register via the website option on our log on page.

How do i request a brochure?

You can request a brochure for any of our KIA models here.

I haven’t received my roadside assistance card, what should i do?

Don’t worry!. All our new cars come with 12 months roadside assistance cover from the date your car was first registered. Even if you don’t have a card, the breakdown and recovery service will still be provided. If you would like a roadside assistance card to be sent to you, please call 0330 1590781.

Will my personal details be shared with other companies or institutes?

Not at all, we take your privacy seriously and your personal details are used solely to allow us to communicate with you about business related deals.
